WORLD OF CHARMS SHIPPING POLICY

World of Charms is pleased to offer the option of FREE SHIPPING on all orders totaling over $200.

We take extra care to ensure your order arrives quickly and securely. All orders shipped through Federal Express are fully ensured.

Determining Delivery
When you view an item on our Web site, its description will include an estimated number of hours, days or weeks it will take before that item is shipped. (Actual shipment times may vary.)

Please note that delivery days refer to actual business days, as we do not process orders over the weekend. All orders received before 11 a.m. Pacific Standard Time will be processed the same business day.

Your order will be shipped as soon as your entire order has been processed and will be shipped according to the form of delivery you choose:

Tracking Your Order
If you choose delivery by Federal Express, you will receive a Federal Express tracking number via e-mail once your order has shipped. You will then be able to track your package on the Federal Express Web site.

Important Shipping Information

Federal Express
All deliveries must be made to a street address. Federal Express will not ship to a P.O. Box. Please make sure that a resident of the ship-to address is at home to receive the package. An adult signature is required.

For security reasons, please make sure to remove any release signatures on file with Federal Express. A release signature authorizes Federal Express to leave packages outside of the designated residence if no one is available to sign for the delivery. World of Charms is NOT responsible for loss, theft or damage to items left unattended outside your residence.

U.S. Postal Service
U.S. Postal Service First-Class deliveries can be made to a physical address or a P.O. Box. Tracking for shipments made via the U.S. Postal Service is not available, however we will still notify you via e-mail once your order has shipped.

Gift Shipments
If the item you purchase is a gift, we'd be happy to send it directly to the recipient. Simply send an e-mail to service@worldofcharms.com. Be prepared to provide the following information:

1. Your e-mail address
2. Your phone number
3. The full name and shipping address of the recipient

Should any question arise about your order, we will attempt to contact you by phone or e-mail. If the item you are purchasing is a gift or surprise for another person living in your house, please make sure to inform us so that we do not contact you by phone.

Shipping to More Than One Address
If you wish to ship to more than one address, please email Customer Service service@worldofcharms.com.

International Shipments
For international shipment information, please email Customer Service service@worldofcharms.com.

World of Charms is NOT responsible for any duty charges and/or taxes.

One Last Note
Custom orders, out-of-stock items, or altered pieces may take longer to ship than what appears under the product description. If the item you ordered is delayed for any of these reasons, we will send you an e-mail with a new estimated ship date.

*FedEx 2nd Day and FedEx 3rd Day delivery is not available for shipments to Hawaii or Alaska.
