No Refunds - Two Week Exchange Policy

World of Charms takes immense pride in the quality, craftsmanship and uniqueness of our charms and accessories. We are confident that your purchase will match or exceed your expectations and are proud to offer a two week no-risk exchange policy. We want you to be completely satisfied with your World of Charms purchase. If you're not, you may exchange it within two weeks of its shipment.

Exchange Procedure

Our goal is to make the exchange process as easy as possible. To exchange an item, follow these simple steps:

1. Call (415) 918-9531 to place your new order and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number from Customer Service. Write the RMA number on the outside shipping label.

2. Place the item and all original packaging back in the box.

3. We recommend shipping your item through the U.S. Postal Service, fully insured for the value of the contents, and request a return receipt for confirmation that your shipment has reached World of Charms. For security reasons, please DO NOT write "jewelry" or any other high-value words on the package. World of Charms is not responsible for any loss or damage during the exchange process.

Upon receipt and inspection, you will receive an e-mail notification regarding the status of your exchange. If the price of your new item is less than the original item, you will receive a credit toward future purchases. If the price of your new item is more, you will need to provide an appropriate payment method to pay for the difference.

Terms and Conditions

We can only accept exchanges that follow the World of Charms Exchange Procedures listed above.

We cannot accept merchandise that has been engraved, altered, modified, damaged, or shows signs of wear.

Any unauthorized or improperly packaged items will be returned to the sender.

Original shipping charges, if any, are nonrefundable. All return shipping costs are to be paid by the customer.

The exchange shipment must be postmarked within 30 days of the original ship date.


The Exchange Policy does not apply to special orders or items that have been engraved. If you are concerned about a potential exchange, please contact Customer Service by calling 415 918-9531 or send an e-mail to before placing your order.

This Exchange Policy only applies to purchases made on the Web site. If you purchased an item from one of our retail locations, you are bound to the policies of the individual store.
